Lanes Rentals are based in South Milton Keynes on Furzton Lake in open plan offices with ample and easy parking. The company and staff are highly focused on liaising with all the major corporate businesses in Milton Keynes and Leighton Buzzard. Since its inception the ethos has been to concentrate on quality business, corporate clients and consequently professional lettings.

Lanes Rentals Ltd was formed in 1998 to provide a more reliable, efficient and corporate approach to residential lettings. In 2005 the company took its most radical change after a change in Directors by closing its Sales division to allow more focus on the rental portfolio.

Two further MK portfolios were added to Lanes in 2005 & 2007, including the transfer of their experienced staff to allow Lanes Rentals to focus on strong operational systems and exceptional customer service.

Over the past five years Lane’s portfolio has grown through the retention of satisfied landlords and attraction by new ones, in fact over half our business comes from recommendations.

In 2008 Lanes offered new packages including:

a selection of properties within MK that allow pets

hotel conveniences with home comforts for a minimum stay of one week

Lanes Rentals is a member of the biggest UK governing estate agency body: - National Association of Estate Agents (N.A.E.A), the Association of Residential Letting Agents (A.R.L.A) and the Tenant Dispute Service (T.D.S)
